Poll question: 2008 Candidate preference poll
Yeah I know it's too early-- yada yada yada. Yes, and we should be focusing on 2006-- yada yada yada. I'll get back to focusing on '06 in the two minutes it takes me to write up this poll on who you like for the 2008 Democratic nomination. I think I got most of the major candidates considering a run.

1. I'm hanging with the General until someone changes my mind
Level headed; well spoken; liberal heart; team player and team builder; oozes integrity and honesty; has already been successful at a job more difficult than that of POTUS.

2. I'm sticking with Feingold as long as he is in it
however I could get behind any as the nominee.

12. I'm for bayh
I think people are going to be really surprised by Evan Bayh. No one else running has actually done anything remotely as FDR/JFK/LBJ-style liberal as Bayh's 21st Century Scholars program that has allowed tens of thousands of poor Hoosiers to go to college. Bayh has been the #1 champion of Indiana labor unions since his governor days. And I think that he's a really strong communicator, especially to fellow midwesterners. His style may not be exciting to coastal types, but he comes across as uniquely genuine and warm even to opponents. Bayh can definitely win in 2008.

14. I read about that education program
It sounds amazing, the kind of education program that every Democrat should be for. Bayh takes a lot of shit here at the DU but I think its undeserved. I hope Bayh does well and at least can make a shot at VP.

15. Damn! Because of this, I just WASTED two minutes I could have spend
working on the 2006 congressional elections. The reason it took me two entire minutes, is that while I prefer Clark, he always wins. So I've started voting for others in polls, just to encourage some of the other candidates supporters.

Today I gave Bayh his second vote so now he's tied with Hillary!
