A Saddamists' goal is to have to have the Coalition leave and have the Baath party back again (whether this is good or not), while a "terrorist" gets nothing done strategicaly speaking, kills innocent people and only serves the Coalition's interest in helping to further the occupation.

That's my opinion.

as a Saddamist. No one wants him back. Wouldn't their attacks have an end result of freeing Saddam ?

While we are at it, there are really no terrorists in Iraq either. Most of the insurgence are brave Iraq citizens who want their country back, from a foreign aggressor.
