I also find it amusing how he says progress is being made in Najaf, etc then says they don't have water and electricity, etc. Der.......watch the woman in the audience trying to stay awake

1. He is so drunk in that clip.
His 'speech', if you want to call it that, is getting more slurred and he has trouble with the simplest words.

What a maroon.
