5. For a short while it was a "strategy for victory".
But it didn't sound strong enough, so now there is a "plan", however, there aren't any specifics. The "plan" that they have proposed sure wouldn't pass the smell test as a small business plan if you were going to try to borrow money from your local bank.

6. "Plan for Victory" is a pathetic joke. The sections dealing with military
strategy obviously have minimal input from military experts in DoD.

How can a military strategy that lacks strategic targets be called a strategy?

7. Well, since most of this administration actually served in a combat
situation, it comes as no surprise that they would drum up a proposal that lacks military strategy.
