Will Delay and Duke share the same cell ?
With the judge's ruling against Delay, where he only dismissed one of the three charges, Tom Delay may be closer to jail than he realizes. No doubt, he is in denial. What's wrong with making your own laws when you are the Majority Leader? Remember when he told someone he could smoke his cigar because he was the "government"?

And only a miracle or a pardon could keep Duke Cunningham out of jail. Maybe he and Delay can swap stories on those long nights?

1. Delay will be in a Texas jail, I think
and Cunningham in a federal prison. May they both share a cell with someone who can educate them a bit.....
