Does Bush wear shoe lifts?
Edited on Wed Dec-07-05 07:49 AM by DoYouEverWonder
Seems that height is a major issue for Bush who claims to be anywhere from 5'11" to 6'1" depending on the source. Looking at the above picture I noticed that W's shoes looked odd. The soles seem unusually thick for a man's dress shoe. Below is a pic of a similiar model that adds 2.25" to your height. No wonder W's height varies so much.

1. Probably.
He is such a sad little man; shoe lifts can't help him.

4. That lobbyist he's holding hands with in that photo has the same heels
Maybe everyone in DC likes wearing heels. Hell, most of them are heels.

6. I'm not talking about the heels
It's the front of the shoe that is the give away.

5. wouldn't surprise me
because Bush is so unsure of himself, wanting to "prove" his manhood, etc. etc. I know several men who are 5'6" or shorter, and they are self confident and don't feel the need to wear these kinds of shoes. If Bush is even 5'8" or taller and feels the need for them, it speaks volumes imho.

16. When he did the "town hall" debate with Kerry, it definitely looked like
he was wearing lifts. My daughter remarked, "He's got his disco shoes on." MKJ

18. I thought he did in the debates in 2000 and 2004...
Gore and Kerry should have been three inches taller, but did not look that way in the post-debate handshake.
