I just heard about five minutes of the insane Michael Savage.
Went to the store for a few items, and decided to tune in to this cretin's show on the way home.

He was talking about Senator Boxer's comments defending Representative Murtha. He played part of a clip of her speaking, then said, "Turn it off! Get that hag off my show!" Of course this came right as she was saying that Representative Murtha actually bled on the battlefield, "unlike the Vice President and the President."

When Savage calmed down (as much as he's capable of, anyway) he then said that Murtha should be tried for treason. Then the shitweasel went on to blame Murtha for some bombings that happened in Iraq because they happened the day after his speech.

I know many of you want to puke, as I do, when you hear something about this neanderthal windbag, but I just had to pass it along. Who knows, maybe it'll become a Freeper talking point!

By the way, is it true that Savage's real last name is Weiner? I heard it was, and that he changed it. Just a funny little side note, if true.

Somebody told me that savage/weiner was against this war so now he's flipping over and doesn't want to hear what is true about Murtha?

9. He's very funny about the war
He seems to be against it when it's going well (for instance the few months after the 2004 election) but when democrats are attacking it and it seems to be going badly, then he attacks the democrats and stands up for the president. I guess he just can't stand agreeing with any democrats

3. That why I call him
the "Savage Weiner." Michael Weiner.

It's also true that, homophobe that he is, he once sent a postcard to Allen Ginsburg telling him that taking pictures of Fijians made him (Weiner) want to put his camera lens up his (Ginsburg's) backside.

Sick bastard!

6. And who is responsible for the last two years of bombings?
Sure, Murtha is responsible for any bombings since his speech, that much is obvious :sarcasm: Can we blame the ones before his speech on Barbara Boxer or Ted Kennedy?

I wonder how he would have felt if he was back in Italy in the 30's and early 40's. Was Mussolini right to attack Ethiopia, Albania, France etc etc just because he's the leader and if you don't back him you are committing treason? Do not let yourself be blinded by red white and blue goggles Mr. Savage.

I used to listen to that freak because he occasionally had a good point, but he's just gotten so republicans=good democrats=bad the past few months I can't stand to listen to him anymore and that was the very thing he used to rail against other conservative talk hosts about.

8. I don't understand.
Why give him the publicity?

People like him have one Great Fear: not being listened to, not being repeated. A dead mike. Crickets chirping. Complete irrelevancy.

He's a NUT. Who listens to nuts? I don't. Five minutes is five minutes too much and repeating it here is even more minutes of your life.

Want to keep track of the enemy? Just check out mediamatters.org every now and then. They watch the shit so you don't have to.

10. That hag?
I hope he realizes that we "hags" are tired of the likes of him. I am getting rather militant about sexist language, more so than I have been in the past.
