once had. Everyone who comes close to him will be scrutinized for illegal behavior.

DeLay has to be damaged well enough that he cannot be resurrected or even by the best political spinning that the repukes can muster. We must not let him off if we can possibly influence that decision.

3. There are a lot of Repubs who would like to see DeLay in irons.
He used his power to bully too many in Congress and I think a few would like to see him gone.
