1. They wants all public spaces
OWNED.
Than no one can loiter and talk to one another without a camera or recording device and while their activities go UNSUPERVISED by the state or corporation. They do not want people to be free to gather together. They want them focused divided online,or at shopping malls where"troublemakers and subversives can be kicked out and not rise as a "leader" from the crowds. They want people to be anything but subversive against the state for real. The state will co opt rebellion and sell it back.They do not want us to have any free public space to gather.
