Poll question: Who would you choose as your Dream Democratic Candidate?
No term limits, and if you choose them, they will run (if you choose other, please tell us who)

Don't laugh he could wipe the floor with any of the ones running right now.

Kerry/Edwards, Kerry/Dean, Kerry/Kucinich, Kerry/Sharpton, Kerry/Braun, and Kerry/Clark.

I have a gut feeling that Kerry is the man!

I HATE LIEBERMAN & GEPHARDT.

9. Seriously
General Wesley Clark

If it wasn't for Chappaquidick, I think Ted Kennedy might have had a good shot in 72, 76 or 80.

I love Ted Kennedy. I shook RFK's hand when I was seven. I was a Kennedy delegate in 80 but his lack of self discipline cost him the presidency. Like Clinton, he gave his enemies an angle to attack him.

11. Mr . Smith
was o k but Jimmy Stewart was the most reactionary actor to come down the pike since Marion Morrison aka John Wayne. At least Jimmy Stewart had the nads to serve in WW2.

I believe James Stewart served his country during World War II with distinction.

14. yeah
I wish we could have him back.

I don't know much about Russ Feingold, but the two of them used to joke about which one, or both of them, would be on the small side of a 99-1 vote or 98-2 vote. Feingold kinda used Wellstone as a mentor.

Bill Moyers would be awesome. Might be better as a President's right hand man. Which, I guess, he kinda did already.

Some of the people who left government might be better than ones who've stayed. People like Pat Schroeder of Colorado.
