1. He's brilliant
He manages the critics quite well. He says liberal actors who discuss politics are always criticized and conservative actors aren't, but he's ok with it. IOW "throw your crap at me, I don't care, I can deal with it and come out looking good anyway". He also knows how to take a bipartisan or non-political approach in his films without being an apologist.

Can't wait to see his new movie. :loveya:

2. If you haven't seen "Good Night and Good Luck," do yourself a
great favor and go. The McCarthy news reel inclusions are dynamite as is the acting all the way around...a very powerful message by Clooney.

3. Saw it last week! Great flick! I hope it wins the Oscars this year...

and they do a "one up" on Michael Moore's acceptance speech for his Oscar to go after the criminal cabals then. I would expect a standing ovation in the theater this year! It got an applause where I viewed it at the end.

Clooney's been a busy guy this year. I'm looking forward to seeing Syriana shortly when it comes out too!
