1. sunday talk shows
Meet the Press (NBC): EXCLUSIVE! Sen. John Warner, R-VA, chairman, Armed Services Cmte. & Sen. Joe Biden, D-DE, Ranking member, Foreign Relations Cmte., on Iraq. Then, a roundtable with David Broder, David Gregory, Eugene Robinson, & Judy Woodruff

FOX News Sunday: A growing number of House members and senators, looking ahead to off-year elections next November, are publicly worrying about a quagmire in Iraq. They have been staking out new positions on a war that is increasingly unpopular with the American public, has resulted in more than 2,000 U.S. military deaths and has cost more than $200 billion

As partisans clash in Congress over the war in Iraq and the intelligence that prompted the U.S. to take action, is the debate democracy in action or damaging to the war effort? We'll question two key senators: Richard Lugar, R-Ind., and Carl Levin, D-Mich.

President Bush's poll numbers are slip sliding away. What's the political reality for the rest of his second term? We'll find out from two campaign-tested pollsters: Whit Ayres, Republican pollster, and Doug Schoen, Democratic pollster.
Plus, new evidence suggests Iran has a nuclear weapons program. What should the Bush administration do? We'll ask Brit Hume, FOX News Washington managing editor, and our panel of FOX News contributors: Mara Liasson and Juan Williams of National Public Radio, and Bill Kristol of The Weekly Standard.

4. Biden just couldn't skip a Sunday, could he.
I wonder what he'll do to undercut the party this week.

8. no kidding, I've never seen a more tired irrelevant set of line-ups
They're taking the weekend off for the holidays? I think what we've learned about Washington the past five years is that Washington is freaking LAZY. Presidential HISTORIANS? Give me a break.

9. How pathetic is it to admit that the best sounding show of the lot is Faux
New Sunday. Joe Biden and Judy Woodruff make me ill. Face the Nation sounds interesting but dry and not contemporaneous. This Week features Donna Brazile who is the Democratic party's weakest spokesperson and Late Edition sounds like "Must Sleep Tee Vee".

Faux at least offers the potential to offend me, the rest appear more likely to put me to sleep.
