is not that he was inept in the first place. Sure, it was a joke that he was in the position to lead FEMA, but when he screwed up, you can blame Bush for putting somebody in that position who was in over their head. I read the headline and it said he was going to start a Disaster Planning Firm. He has proven that can take a natural disaster and make it the mother of all disasters without even trying. He is an expert in his field! he is a natural. Imagine what he can do with a little planning.
