Why do FAUX drones insist on arguing?
I know some people who are full on rightwing FAUX drones. I guess they like the diversionary nature of tabloid-ism but as far as detailed info on current events, they are clueless.
Yet...they insist on engaging in political "debate" but all they bring to the table is sloganeering like, "librul media", "fight them over there...", "support the troops", "Dems are pussies",...etc.

I had one wingnut, after I mentioned Paul Wolfowitz, ask me, "Who's that?"

:spray:

I live and work in San Diego County so that explains a lot.

Iraqis miss oil fortune: report

2005/11/24

Up to $US194 billion ($263 billion) in Iraqi oil revenues are going to multinational oil companies under long-term contracts, and not to the Iraqi people, a social and environmental group said.

In a report, the group known as Platform said that oil multinationals would be paid between $US74 billion and $US194 billion with rates of return of between 42 per cent and 162 per cent under proposed production-sharing agreements, or PSAs.

"The form of contracts being promoted is the most expensive and undemocratic option available," Platform researcher Greg Muttitt said.

"Iraq's oil should be for the benefit of the Iraqi people not foreign oil companies."

And got this in return from a freeper:

More liberal media propaganda. We should bill Iraq for their Liberation, and they should pay 1 million to each family who lost a son, daughter, husband or wife!!!!!!!!!!! FN Democrats " Oh get our troops out now!!!!!!!" Republicans, "Lets vote on it now" Democrats "Oh we should stay the course" Make up your FN minds!

Truly a confused individual.

3. Oh Gawd....
I tuned in.
Big mistake.
It's like listening to proclamations
from the Ministry of Thought.

(i wonder sometimes how Faux is paid off
by the reich to carry their political swill)

The hilarious thing is
that they come up with these
total lies and manipulations
and try to pass it off as news.

The sad thing is that there
is a realaudience out there
that actually believes these
corrupt lying fckrs.

How unfortunate (for them)

5. Have you noticed the tabloid nature of their "news programs"?
Man, my wife and I go over there for laughs.

They are STILL covering Aruba.
Holy shit!
I think when reality is too much, then real cowards watch FAUX for diversion.

7. They are stupid
Their simple ideology allows them to ignore and erase life's complexities and enigmas.
