On Militancy

There were posts here a couple days ago talking about militancy and guns.

Posts such as "The Boiling Point" and other posts which prompted replies from other DU'ers.

I'm not an adherent of pacifism, but I hope everyone knows the Rules of Engagement.

1. The Universally Accepted Rule - NO PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKE!!!! We have to wait for the Far Rightists to make the first move, the act of war.

2. No Terrorism - That's what the RW'ers will do

3. No targeting of Non-Combatants - This is obvious

When the First Act happens, I hope you will all know what to do.

Never be a Lone Gunman - They always die or are captured in the end

Read The Art of War to get a better grasp of this, defeating the Far Right with few or no people getting hurt is far better than taking as many RW'ers out as you can along with you.

3. We'll have to see what happens

But I think we are past the most dangerous period (well in danger of this particular scenario playing out). More and more Americans are realizing the wrongheadedness of the Bush Administration's plans; he's got like 30% on his side?

I'd be more worried about what the Gang in teh White House will do in these somewhat dire straits, rather than that freeper family down the street.
