I emailed the memo to almost 400 churches, xian TV and radio shows, magazines, newspapers, college papers, ministries all over the place, homeschool sites...really hit TX hard (Travis cty and Sugarland)..then there were these folks, who were listed on DeLay's website as supporters:
Local Elected Officials: State Representative Charlie Howard Harris County Judge Robert Eckels Ft. Bend County Judge Bob Hebert Ft, Bend County Commissioner Andy Myers Galveston County Tax Assessor Cheryl Johnson Deer Park Mayor Wayne Riddle Seabrook Mayor Robin Riley Nassau Bay Mayor Don Matter Meadows Place Mayor Mark McGrath Rosenberg Mayor Joe Gurecky Houston City Councilwoman Addie Wiseman Sugar Land City Councilman Thomas Abraham Sugar Land City Councilman Daniel Wong Sugar Land City Councilman Russell Jones Missouri City City Councilman Bob Burton Taylor Lake Village Councilman Larry Tobin Fort Bend Constable Troy Nehls Local Elected Officials: Brazoria County Judge John Willy Houston City Councilman Michael Berry Houston City Councilwoman Shelly-Sekula Gibbs Sugar Land Mayor David Wallace Pasadena Mayor John Manlove Pearland Mayor Tom Reid La Porte Mayor Alton Porter Missouri City Mayor Allen Owen Shoreacres Mayor Nancy Edmondson El Lago Mayor Brad Emel Harris County Constable Bill Bailey Harris County Clerk Charles Bacarisse Galveston County Commissioner Ken Clark Pasadena Councilman James Guthrie Sugar Land Councilwoman Cyril Hosley
...I by no means found addresses for them all (I couldn't find any addys for mayors, which was weird)...then I went nuts and sent it to the Kansas School Board...oh, I also sent it to DeLay and said "What's this about?"...only reply I got was from a pastor in San Antonio who said, "No need to send this to me..."...I just hope the word is speading one-by-one if that's what it takes, and of course am so pleased to see Mr. Scanlon being - what is the word? - a tad inconvenienced today...though I am also grateful for his memo, sending it out obsessively for 2 weeks straight made me feel like i was maybe "doing something" for the home team - ?!
