Who went before the congress and the American people to say that they were going into Iraq because of WMD? and when WMD weren't found who reframed it as a operation to liberate the Iraqi people from that evil Saddam?

7. WMD

Weapons of Mass Destruction.
I don't have an opinion as to whether Iraq had WMD at the time we went to war with them. I don't think any of us here is remotely qualifed to know that. The bottom line is: America was wrong about that point.
But, should we pull out now and leave the Iraqis vulnerable to another despot, because we were wrong? Aren't the Iraqis going to benefit from a society free of radicals?

I do believe the Bush administration should say that there were wrong.
