You learn that there is horrendous torture and abuse of Iraqis in some government building somewhere in Iraq. Normally you would be outraged, but now you know that your government believes that sometimes torture may be justified and hey, who knows, this might be one of those times that justifies human walking skeletons.
On page A23 you find out that the Vice President's office has exempted themselves from the normal travel reporting and documenting that is common with ANY company or governmental entity in America. Apparently they just decided that these "rules" don't apply to them. Rules are made to be broken, right?
People seem to be talking about Bob Woodward, Mr. "All the President's Men" Mr. Watergate Revealer, Mr. Walking On Water Integrity In the Media Guy, who has been involved in Plamegate lo these many months, but felt no need for disclosure of personal involvement when he poo-poohed the whole thing MANY times on TV, or felt the need to talk about these nagging details to his editor or even the Independent Prosecutor. Gee, does this mean that someone ELSE in the White House has been dishing dirt? Classified dirt?
You guess that new PBS head guy was right when he said there was way too much politics in PBS. If he had saved his emails instead of llegally destroying them, he could really prove it.
Looks like some big oil guys did talk to the VP or his office about energy policies even though they said they didn't to the Congress. You know they weren't under oath, but they're still not supposed to just flat out lie to the Congress of the USA , are they?
Your eyelids are growing heavy. You feel sleepy. Is this what they call "scandal fatigue"?.
