When will Congress use the word Fraud in relation to Iraq?

Look, it isn't fudged, bent, twisted, exaggerated, misread, or mistaken intelligence. The intel, at least in part, was a known forgery. The use of a known forged document to obtain Congressional authority to commit acts of war and the necessary funding is a prima facia case for Fraud.

Please, especially officials, let's call this what it is!

But damnit, language is important. If we can plant this idea that Forged intel = fraud into the world it eventually might be picked up by our leaders. It's simple and has a certain resonance, don't you think?
