What is this ridiculous argument going on on the floor now? Something about a case involving parental rights to know what their children are being taught? Sounds like the Rs in the House are trying to push some legislation to somehow determine how judges do their jobs??? Anyone watching this?

1. I heard part of it, also heard ........
Republicans doing another "Vote".

Call for all in Favor say "Aye"--Dead Silence

All opposed say "No" -- Loud No's

The "Ayes" have it.

I am not sure what that was about because I just tuned in.

Saddam Hussein ran his Government the same way the Republicans run ours.

2. They always ask for a recorded vote though
It will be voted on during the electronic voting, probably around 6 pm EST

3. They're voting on this legislation now, which appears to be about
getting the 9nth district to hear this case again so it can reverse its decision. Someone with some expertise, can they really do this or is this an overreach?

4. Thus far ALL Rs are voting for this and over 90 Ds voting for it.
I don't like this. I don't know enough to know if this is used frequently but it just doesn't feel right. No one here seems too concerned about it.
