Its clinton's fault...
notice how with every problem they use this excuse. If they weren' so worried about monica's panties, and wasting up time and money then maybe Clinton could have taken care of business. At least he and Clarke were up on what was going on, they briefed them on what was going on but they were too busy trying to mess over the american people, and worrying about what we are doing with our private parts.

4. It's an all-purpose mantra
I think the NeoCons repeat it over and over in their heads. Keeps them from dealing with the present-day cabal ripping off the American people left and right, and lying through their teeth about it.

The reality of Clinton is so last millennium. Most people know that, so the "Clinton is to blame" mantra -- when spoken in public -- now brings only giggles and sniggers, it is so lame.

7. everything is Clinton's fault
the war is.
9/11 is.
The huge federal deficits are.
The high gas prices.
The sluggish economy.
Plame.

Nothing is Junior's fault. He's been president over five years and he is yet to take blame for any of the rot that has taken place since he has been president.
