a free streaming site? Simply upload the clip to that site yourtube.com. It would be a snap and you dont even have to host it yourself. It would simply stream and be available to all who wanted to see it instead of getting buried. Word would get out via word of mouth.
Seems like a no brainer.

I know that C-Span considers those videos of the House and Senate as proprietary and copyrighted info. Is there an exception to this for actual members of Congress? I don't think it's that easy to just put these up. (Any lawyers around who know for sure?)

who is on Kerry payroll has to do it. But a fan.... with some free time.... could simply tape it of the tube and post it. Let's face it, navigating a cspan site looking for a clip can make one very nutty. yourtube has the smoothest search function. In fact, there are Kerry speeches on there already... Katrina, Concession. But speeches need to go up as soon as they come out or a day later to be topical.
