Skeletons in the Closet
Do you think any of our candidates (or are they nominees? I always forget.) could possibly have anything in their past that would sink their election? Would they consider running in this "get the Democrats" media environment if they had anything embarassing (or worse) that could be revealed?

What do the Whores got on them so far?

They've been attacking Clark, or trying to, by fair and balancedly reporting people didn't like him. That's it? C'mon guys, you can do better than that.

Or are our guys really that squeaky clean? I fucking hope so because if they're not they could screw us with four more years of the BFEE.

Anyway, it's just a concern of mine. I like them all and hope any one of them wins with my vote in 2004.

1. Joe Lieberman has enough skeletal material in his proverbial
to start his own calcium bank.....

Always amazed just how much hubris there is to drive this man

2. Yes.
Everyone has skeletons. I know someone who sits on the elections board in my state. Her husband is retired from the secret service.

They have plenty of tales. I've heard juicy tidbits on a lot of politicians.

7. Ah-nold and Bush* make skeletons less important
I mean come-on if Ah-nold can be elected anyone can. Probably the more skeketons the better the direction America is headed. It will be seen as a badge of honor.

8. Being a relatively honest soul...
If someone opened my closet, they'd be buried in bones!

I think we all have plenty to be ashamed of in our past. Question is, "is it so damning as to shove one off the ballot"?

Most personal infringements would be overlooked, but I pity anyone who has a closet with a skeleton that could be shown as a public breech of trust.

I despise 'dirty politics' and expect the GOP to use the low road, as they always do. If they insist on this, I say take 'em down with everything we have on the admin., either before they took power, or since the innauguration. These people have to go, the very country depends on it.
