President's ratings hit new low in poll

<snip>

Fewer than one in 10 adults say they would prefer a congressional candidate who is a Republican and who agrees with Bush on most major issues, according to a USA TODAY/CNN/Gallup Poll taken Friday through Sunday. Even among Republicans, seven of 10 are most likely to back a candidate who has at least some disagreements with the president.

um, yikes...

1. That's an ASTOUNDING Figure
Mind blowing.

Chimpy's whores are turning. I mean, this is GALLUP for crying out loud and they have him firmly entrenched in the 30's. :wow:

2. I see the Democratic campaign literature now.
As one who lives in a Bushbot (Joe Knollenberg) Congressional District, I hope and pray that it comes true here. Joe's a detestable piece of fascist scum.

3. President's ratings hit new low in poll
My first recollection of politics was when my paternal grandfather called our house in 1968 and he was crying. ;( I asked my dad why and he told me that he was feeling sad that Nixon had just won the election. I believe that if my grandfather was alive right now he would be in a very happy mood! }(
