given this many speeches and avoided giving answers as much as this ---- I recall Sam donaldson on reagan and every other reporter was on Clinton usually when bush does do a press conference he looks scared and all practiced up, and still dosen't answer. If he seems to get testy reporters get scared, this is when they should pound him one by one like they do scotty. He always tries to say let me finish, let me finish they should let him finish so that the whole world sees him throwing a hissy fit.
