More Freeps That Openly Praise Torture. This Time With Pics!

The powerful five person strong DC chapter of Freerepublic. Apparently they were all worked up by Durbin's comparison to the world's gulag systems. The truth hurts.

I am almost certain that some of these same freeps were the ones I shouted completely down at the DC rally (particularly the asshat at the far right). They were all sporting those orange Club Gitmo shirts and calling us terror supporters, etc. the usual torture apologist bullshit.

Even with a bullhorn they stopped even trying while I was very loudly calling them out for all to see as fascists. I reminded them and all assembled that those that undermine the Geneva Conventions, undermine the safety of American troops. I reminded them that torture is not a reliable method of getting information as we all learned from the Salem witch trials. I reminded them that it was an international war crime.

Way to become the enemy you sick freeps! Remember Saddam? He tortured people too. Hell, in some cases he tortured them in the facilities we torture them in today!

FReepers from the DC Chapter conducted a FReep of Senator Richard Durbin at a Democrat fundraiser on June 21. DNC Chair Howard Dean, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi of California, and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada were among those in attendance in addition to Senate Minority Assistant Leader Durbin of Illinois.

" California Republican Duncan Hunter held a press conference to discuss the treatment of detainees at the island jail, and spent his opening statement going over a daily menu for prisoners that included oven-fried chicken and fresh fruit.

for William U. Floyd, the freeper who posted that nasty message above to you and skinner. Seems he's po'd because who 'borrowed' his pictures off of a site that doesn't even belong to him. It was 'willed' to him, yeah right.

This is a placeholder for the website of my late friend, the original owner of the website.

He started this years ago, but had been sick for years and had not undated it for years. I updated some links a few years back for him.

He had his name on the website before privacy concerns dictated against that. His wife and children have asked that I leave out his name to protect their own privacy. He has been gone for a while now and I am belatedly putting this notice up. He had emailed all his internet friends about his condition. His wife followed up after his passing.

He had "willed" the website to me and I've been using it as a place for graphics and storage location for years now.

I plan on relocating his original writings to another website eventually, but have pulled them down for the time being.

Having been interviewed on TV as a result of my political activism, I don't share my late friend's concern.
