What's the "Evian Flu"??

Lou Dobbs repeatedly refers to the "Evian Flu" (and he pronouces it nicely, I must say) and I don't know what he's talking about. I've heard of the (so-called) Avian Flu (H5N1), but I'm not aware of any flu virus that originates in southeastern France, on the south bank of lake Geneva, or is associated with the bottled water named after the town of Evian, France.
