John Gibson, FauxNews: I'm against torture, but don't outlaw it.
I sent him the following:
So, you're against torture, but you're also against outlawing it. Fortunately, you claim to be the proud owner of a "nimble mind"; so you can wrap yourself around concepts that sound like bullshit doublespeak to we ignorant plebeians. It's funny, when John Kerry voted for the Iraq funding, before voting against it (after it was laden with anti-union provisions), none of the "nimble minds" at FauxNews could get a handle on that. You're a phony and a hypocrite, Johnny; but I've got to give the devil his due - you can still make me laugh. (OK, more of a shake of the head followed by a bemused chuckle.)
Sincerely,

We signed the Geneva Conventions and that make them part of our constitution. Seems someone has forgotten that.

8. Huh?
"I think murder is wrong, but I can't say that I'd outlaw it." Is that what you're going to say next John?

9. I'm against torturing John Gibson, but don't outlaw it
Perhaps a bit of personalization will help Mr. Gibson regain his sanity.

11. I agree don't outlaw torture
Someday John Gibson might actually know something that somebody may give a shit about and if he wont talk he may need to be tortured so he'll reveal it.

12. let's torture anyone who doesn't think torture should be outlawed
Not really...but it's a funny response.

it's all fun and games 'till it's YOU being dragged around by leash. :eyes: Then again, Gibson might be in to that sort of thing. Ugh...I need to stop reading excerpts of Libby's kink book.

And these are the types of people bitching about the lack of morality in our society. Wonderful.
