7. I'm an ex-bartender too and I had him pegged from the

beginning. Not only the face blotches but the rambling speeches give him away. What seems like an inability to form sentences is a drunk's rambling, stream of conscience blathering that makes no sense. It comes from not only booze but a combination of booze and pills.

I think they ought to remove him from office. There is a provision in the Constitution to remove a President who is no longer able to perform his duties and * clearly fits into that scenario.
