Iraq War Veteran runs for Congress as Democrat in TX.
David Harris, a Major in the Reserves after serving 14 years in the active military is running for Texas Congressional District 6. District 6 is currently held by Joe Barton(R TX). Barton is a powerful player in the Republican Party and in Congress, chairing the powerful Energy and Commerce Committee.
