*: "The thing I like about this fellow is he grew up on a farm"

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9967720/

<snip>

Kaine’s Republican challenger, Jerry Kilgore, got a boost Monday from President Bush, who made a last-minute dash into Virginia to urge die-hard conservatives to help turn out voters for the former attorney general.

“The thing I like about this fellow is he grew up on a farm,” Bush said in a brief stop on his return from a South American trade mission. “He doesn’t have a lot of fancy airs.”

:wtf:

11. Wild Horses
Wasnt the kid from the Omen movies also spooked by horses?

Actually it was milking stallions that held the special place in his heart, according to pickles joke! :) I guess you have to do that if you are into hot arabian studs, sounds like a job for Mike Brown if you ask me.

17. Well yee haw
I don't know where the fuck growing up on a farm automatically endowed people with desireable qualities. I didn't grow up on a farm but I lived on my grandparents farm for ten years as a kid and never noticed that the people around there were any more or less honorable or virtuous than people I've encountered in 50 years since then. Furthermore I now live in a farming area and see some of our local farmers from time to time in the coffee shops during the winter. When they aren't bitching about government welfare policies they're laughing about the $50,000 pickup they bought with crop subsidies from the government.

24. Right wing Schills!!
100% bullshit

MSNBC is fox lite, with the notable exception of KO, whom they keep around just to avoid appearances.

Chris Matthews is bipolar and rolls a 6 sided die each morning to determine the nature of his coverage:

roll:
1-2 Fair and Balanced (Right wing guests, right wing talking points etc)
3-4 Confused and Angry (Champion of John Q. Public, hemmoroids flare up)
5-6 Neutral (allows a centrist Democrat guest, interrupts right wing panelist once)
