1. Not so effective with the cordless variety
Yeah, easy to throw but no visceral pleasure of ripping the chord out.

4. I know, but there just doesn't seem to be a good outlet...
I know jsamuel,

We march, the media ignores,

We vote, they play with the voting machines

We send money to action committees, they send more.

But every day more people see the light. Let's keep talking, writing, protesting.

5. Yes, particularly when the functionality appears to be lost, as it has
been for the past couple of weeks.

14. Especially if you have a cat.
I started having problems with my mouse wheel when one of my cats decided she liked my computer desk (especially when I'm using it). I was dumbfounded until I took the little ball out. It was covered in cat hair! It works just fine now.

6. What would you do?
What can you do to stop it? Storm the bastille? They'll shoot you before that happens.

Protest? They'll use the protest as proof that that's all they want for the Iraqi people.

Strike? With weak unions?

Boycott? Of multi-national corporations?

8. I did that to a glitchy game controller once
Then I took a hammer to it.
Then I hung it on the wall next to the computer as a warning.
I didn't have any computer problems for at least a month after that. Coincidence? I don't think so.

9. This is why the Weather Underground came together.
Because the corrupt wealthy and racist ones would not listen otherwise. They didn't care.

People seem to be content raking their leaves and putting them into bags they have no interest in current affairs. A lot of people think that Bush would not authorize such things. He obviously does and the rest of the world knows.

20. Don't blame your mouse - blame Nero
Your mouse is only trying to help you. It's your friend. Give it a tickle.
