Usually there is no line in a non-presidential election. Electronic machine functioned properly (WinVote) and saw no irregularities. There were Democratic and Republican observers present. Go Kaine.

11. So, if Kaine wins today (which he will)...will you come back and
say that you were needlessly creating controversy where there was, in fact, none?

15. You still haven't answered my question.
If the results are positive, will you come back and acknowledge that you were just creating controversy when there was no call, nor reason, nor evidence, to do so?

7. I voted in Norfolk
Low turn out but I saw lots of my co-workers. Voted on Diebold machines... It seemed all was well at the end of my vote (everything appeared recorded as I chose) but who knows what goes on inside that little box.

12. I am in Arlington too, which is mostly a Democratic precinct.
I have no illusion that Kilgore will win, the election is fixed.

Democracy is dead, Kaine is as the Romans use to call it a 'strawman' candidate.

Go vote.

If there are irregularities, they can be dealt with.

I've been voting in this State for 22 years and have never had a problem. I've worked at polls and have not seen any irregularities.

Go Vote.

My very liberal area had a HUGE turnout, which never happens in a non-presidential election. That bodes well....

Instead of COMPLAINING about it, get out there and DO something (like VOTE!), if you're so convinced.
