he was interviewing some far right political hack - the very hacks that Aaron Brown refused to feature on his show. I hope Anderson does not feed the airwaves with just more of the same as other stations.. one trained barking neocon seal vs. one normal person, one after the other. At least Aaron's guests - well I think Aaron insisited on being able to stand them.

I hope it was just a bad momment. Those paid liars pounce on Anderson - someone young - much more easily. Nobody ever bullied Aaron.

I hope it was just a bad momment. A rarity. I hope. Cause I will not be watching if I have to watch sociopathic liars all late night long. I'm sorry. I'm not into that.

Speaking of which - whyever does the DU put up with people watching Faux at all. Shouldn't they be banned?

1. Nah, we're waiting for Faux/Bushco news to self destruct
and they are doing it to themselves.

2. I watched the whole thing and I miss Aaron Brown.
Anderson is a decent guy, but I think he leans Republican.it seemed to come out in the show tonight. John Edwards was tapped and was not on very long, the Repub had time to comment on Edwards observations and they rant on for another five minutes or so. He was able to answer on Rove, The Iraq war,
Chuck Shummer aides and some accusation of them being indited, Alito and all the new turmoil going on in France. I have not even gotten to Candy Crollie's (sp) piece on why the Democrats can't capitalize on Bush's troubles and why they aren't viewed as strong leaders. Wow fair and balanced huh.

4. CNN is trying to compete with Faux for ratings
I'd look for Anderson to keep going in this same direction. Little discussion of actual news - tons of divisive rightwing spin.

He missed a great opportunity to profile some Dem power-up with Reid's senate shutdown, but instead he planted the new spin that Dems are fragmented.

(I hope Aaron Brown shows up somewhere soon.)

5. CNN has been irrelevant even with Aaron Brown onboard.
Time Warner owns them. That’s a corporation that will hide behind their more outspoken properties like HBO and Time Magazine (OK. Now I’m stretching with Time.) Point being that CNN is just as guilty as the NYT in their drumbeat to invade Iraq. CNN is still a shill and a media whore that cannot be trusted to deliver relevant news despite Anderson Cooper’s blue eyes.

Please stop watching the media whores.

7. Anderson's problem is that he let himself get bullied. I hope Aaron
lands somewhere on the nightly news. Somewhere like Gore's channel = where he can do the news that is balanced instead of being a propaganda machine.
