Hold Congress to the No Child Left Behind Standards
I knew NCLB was bull when I saw that its required test pass rates increase each year, up to 100% by 2014.

Using the same logic, we should have a No Voter Left Behind Act. Under this Act, members of Congress are labelled as "failing" unless they increase their share of the vote in each election and obtain 100% of the votes by 2014. (That's higher than even Saddam achieved in his last "election".) Voters in failing Congressional Districts can opt for "representative choice" by switching their voter registration to a different district.

No Voter Left Behind would eventually help DUers in Texas choose to be represented by human beings. Or better yet, we could all switch into Tom Delay's district and vote him out!

1. What a wonderful idea - holding members of congress to the same standards
I like that. Sounds like a good LTTE in the making. I'll have to think on that awhile.
