Fox News kicking it up a notch: "Schools are at war with families"
Edited on Sat Nov-05-05 08:59 PM by jsamuel
I don't understand why the other networks don't call fox on this like they did with CBS and Rather.

"at war"?!

4. some guy (the anchor I guess) said that just now on Fox while talking to M
Malkin about a school in CA that questioned young children about sex.

Not that the school was wrong, but was actually "at war" with families.

10. That "some guy" used to be a congressman - he does the "heartland" show
on Fox. I saw what you saw too, by the way. I also saw the thing about taking religious holidays out of the school schedule. What a ridiculous conversation. He said most of the country is judeo christian so other americans of different faiths can surely take the day off school if they want, but there's nothing wrong with having "CHristmas" break, as opposed to "Winter" break...on the school calendar. What the fuck difference does it make anyways?

18. Standard Blamer behavior: They never get enough.
When you subscribe to the blamer mentality: aka: "I'm entitled, and you're not giving me what I deserve", then no matter what you get, you always think you've been cheated. It's never enough.

You can give people like this anything, and they'll find a way to complain.

17. O'Reilly has started that up again. I've decided to give all my
RW friends that listen to him a copy of him reading his sex book. Randi played parts of it, and I thought I'd :puke:

I am also curious on how they will underline a CD.

11. And they wonder why theyre the subject of jokes ?
The fox folks are laughingstocks.

Their numbers are high because people enjoy watching train wrecks and reading the National Enquirer. The people eat that stuff up. I have to admit that once in a while Ill tune in for kicks. I watch for a while and then I feel so much better about my party knowing that we dont need a 24/7/365 network to push propaganda and pump us up . We do it like they did in the good ol days. With our actions. The Reicht oughta try it. But then we all know they cant because that would expose their true agendas. Feel good about yer party Dems. Were real, they are a fleeting , dwindling image they created.

23. Really
Here in my town there are private and public Christian schools they can go to and everyone knows they're a religious school. If they don't like it instead of forcing their ideals into the school system where lots of different faiths are there they could go to the Christian school. As Al Franken would say: Oy!
