Bush admin use Propaganda

Anybody got good links about how the Bush Administration uses DoD and other agencies for PR propaganda?
(Like the way they just send letters to editorials pages across the us?)

2. I have a few things - will have to dig them up

One is how pollster Frank Luntz is using it. Have another article on how Newt Gingrich & Co. used it. Newt's "campaign" was even used as an example of propaganda in a psych text book of mine.
