1. He's very insulated
very protected. He's the special child who isn't allowed to play out on the playground with the other kids. Only certain people are allowed to visit him...in his room. And there's always a protective layer of adoring maiden aunts and kindly uncles to shield him.
He's been told all those angry people are actually a kind of folk festival and they're...singing.

they are likely to send in some goons to start trouble and distract attention from the chimp and give him an excuse to high tail it out of there.

6. Well, Wolfie is still
adhering to the Bush talking points. He thinks the people demonstrating are "anarchists".
No, Wolf, they're citizens.

Hope he is wondering if Cheney set him up to be the Duke Ferdinand For the New American Century. Think it is good for the nation if the junta starts to go all paranoid with each other.

where a dimwitted ape like thing is the LAST American President.

14. yes he did, it was to a Reuters reporter and i think they were in the
Philippines at the time, one of his last stops. The reporter said Bush looked shocked that that many people hated him and would turn out in those numbers to protest him.
