Clintons back up plan against Saddam.

Heard his Secretary of Defense, cant remember his name, said that his administration agreed that Saddam may have WMDs, but they were able to contain him through flights and missile attacks when necessary. They did NOT believe he was a threat to anyone.

But, if it was necessary to take him out, he had a plan that called for 500,000 troops. 500,000!!!!! Not the 125,000 we sent.

And as we all know his policy of containment was and did work quite well. He had no WMDs or ways to make them.

Man, that was astounding. Never heard that before. Clinton had it right once again. We have many enemies that could cause us pain but Saddam was not that high on the list, he was Contained, per Cohen.

Why is this of any interest? It is what a former administration speculated with out all the insider facts.

Secondly, I expect a President to HAVE a Back-up Plan......that is called responsible.
