I'm so tired of this nonsense of "allowing" a filibuster. A filibuster is a legal rule in the Senate and allowed. Silencing someone is unConstiutional. Would they like it if the democrats silenced them? Hell no. I can't stand that crap.

2. The filibuster is not the problem, but a Senate rules change

The rules change itself has a flimsy basis but so did the Iraq war.

Right now those in power interpret the rules however they want. Gotta change that.

3. The repug senators are already saying

they won't keep their word. Mike DeWine is already saying he will vote for the nuclear option eventhough NO ONE has said that there will be a filibuster. So now we can filibuster if the great Mike DeWine says so? What an asshole.
