Sam Seder makes a guarantee.
Either Libby is doing 10-30 in the pokey or

Rove, Cheney and a few others will be facing jail time.

If I only had that kind of faith.

2. Then there is the 'Casey Factor' to keep in mind.
Libby is a dead man walking. Cheney will not sit still for being busted.

8. I think you are spot on and I think Libby knows it
There is a reason he wants this thing front and center...it is because he doesn't have any guarantees from the WH yet. Libby isn't a "made man".
As long as he stays in the public eye, it will be harder for them to do anything.
I think that is why he looks so pale and drawn in the photos. He knows he is a dead man walking. He knows how these people do business and certainly the only thing that keeps him from singing like a canary is the fact that there is most likely blood on his hands too that will pull him down if he tells what he knows.

3. do you really think it's faith?
Sam very often has his facts down. He tells me things I don't know and I read this forum for hours on end.

5. I think he is the closest thing to an outraged DU'er on the radio.
He's smart and has all the facts at his fingertips.

I just think Fitz could easily have nailed Rove already and kept the heat on Cheney.

13. Disagree.
To Malloy this is all old hat. His outrage stems from his jadedness. Seder still maintains a semblance of hope and naivete. Make no mistake: Mike is the Man.

14. Definitely Malloy is in the lead, but Sam's working on it.
Hell, I hope they all work on it. Even Alan fucking Colmes, of all people, suddenly found his balls. (at least on the radio show, which is still on XM/Air America for now. I haven't seen his FAUX News show for a while)

Springer was even going off on the Bush thugs one day last week (possibly more, but that was the only day I listened) Franken.... not much hope he'll break out of the DLC grip, but hey, no network is perfect.
