It's okay to include evidence that we know to be false - because some other nation (in this case England) is using it! Accordingly, if Germany, Japan, Syria, Cuba, Liberia...use fraudulent evidence - things we know to be completely invalid - it is perfectly acceptable for us to use this evidence (knowing full well it is bogus) to build a case to do absolutely anything we like (even start an illegal war), simply because some other third party used it - whom we can now pin the blame on! I'm sure such a practice would be welcomed in a court of law...in Nazi Germany perhaps!! Most anywhere else (including the occupied nation formerly known as the United States of America), this sort of tactic would be referred to as LYING!!!!!!!!!!!!
