3. Wilson's gonna sue
KO asked Wilson why they haven't sued anyone yet and what about the statute of limitations.

Wilson said he is in contact with his attorney and they don't want to do anything (make any decisions) until Patrick Fitzgerald is finished. Then he said they have checked and the statute of limitations is not a problem.

Talked a bit about what a slam dunk evidence they have about Libby and Rove talking about Valerie - even if not indicted, they did do something to ruin her career.

Hasn't "made a decision" but my money is on a suit filed right after Fitzgerald is done.
