Is this event open for ordinary people or not?
The follwoing message is being sent from the Miami-Dade County Democratic Executive Committee.

Fellow Democrats:

Tomorrow:
Presidential Candidate GENERAL WESLEY CLARK will be attending the MONDAY EVENING (October 13th) (DEC) Democratic Executive Committee Meeting at the United Teachers of Dade (UTD) building, located at 2200 Biscayne Blvd. at 8:00 p.m.

Please attend the meeting and let your friends know about it.

Also we would like to have as many elected officials on hand as possible.

2. Yes, it sounds like it.
The email says not only that you are invited but also to "let your friends know about it." That to me sounds like a very open invitation. Wish I lived near you :-)

3. I would suggest calling the local headquarters tomorrow....
And just ask them yourself. If that's not open, I believe Clark's going to be at one of the Miami-area meetups, so that might be an option, too.

Go to his website and look up his schedule, look at what he's doing just before this meeting. He's going to a Clark Meetup!

Perhaps I'm misinterpreting this thread as a 'Clark doesn't care about regular people' thread.

2:15 p.m.: General Clark visits Rascal House Restaurant.
Location: 172nd Street & Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles, Miami FL

7:00 p.m.: General Clark meets with supporters at Miami's Clark04 MeetUp.
Location: Rusty Pelican, 3201 Rickenbacker, Key Biscayne, FL
