Will there be a fair and impartial Trial?

Do you trust the Judge that is to hear the case against Scooter? If so, why? If you don't, why not?

What steps could be taken to ensure an impartial Judge? What can we do (if anything) to ensure justice is done?

Put him alone driving an unarmored Humvee on the road to Baghdad from the major US base. If he makes it alive to the Green Zone, he goes free and is not guilty. If not, well, he won't need to worry about imprisonment.
