can get a real picture of what he's facing, and how likely it is that he'd actually be convicted. Who knows? Maybe Fitzgerald is hoping Libby will try to cut some sort of deal.

I don't think Rove will be indicted. Fitz already interviewed him 4 times. If he were going to, he would have done it today. That's not to say that the administration still faces major problems.
