Some of you know I used to work as IT manager for a fairly large organization ...which happened to be infested with tons of Right-Wingers.

I used to be kidded (endlessly) for my "Far-Left opinions" and my

Well..Guess What?
The Company is closing down the plant and all my former workers are out of a job.
I won't go into it but their skills are NOT transferable so they are looking at a rough time ahead.
Since I still have their e-mail addresses, I'm wanting to send them a note asking them "How do you like the Bush/Republican Economy now??"

But I'm not going to..the poor Bastards have enough to depress them already...Plus I'm basically a nice person.
I guess they had to learn the hard way...sigh..

And yes..some of the jobs are being moved to India but a large share are just going away...

I know for certain that a large share of them were/are living WAY beyond their means. ...and now they can't even file for bankrupcy..

10. Keeping it to yourself is both the right thing and the *safe* thing

to do. If these folks are as screwed as you believe, you don't want to set them off. Sometimes we sense that someone else is not in full possession of their shit; sometimes we don't. Making yourself a target for a moment's passing gratification just isn't worth it. Some of those people are going to become increasingly desperate as the weeks go by. Keep your mouth shut and thankfully disappear from their radar screen.
