...will all resign anyway before next years election season begins. Whoever is pulling the Republican parties strings these days won't let them hang around until next July with this cloud over their heads and questions being asked and not answered every day. No way. The Republicans would prefer to have this all settled right now. Not next year.

They figure no matter what happens right now Americans will soon get back to their fall tee vee season and Superbowl and most will have forgotten about this by next year this time. The Republicans will also have to spin mightily from now until next year but I know they are capable. I have witnessed it before.

That won't be the case if we start this talk of indictments all over again next year and the Republicans are smart enough to know this. Problem for the Republicans though is I think Fitzgerald is smarter than them.

1. I think they'll have trouble burying it

after all the indictments are just the start. There will be arraignments, hearings, trials, possible plea bargains and with multiple indictments I think all this stuff will be drug out into the election season whether they want it to or not. The only way I can imagine things going any faster is immediate guilty pleas and sentences and I can't believe they'll do that.

2. Regardless of the charges the Repugs with their complicit media...

...and some backstabbing Dem's will have spun it into a parking ticket by next year if Fitzgerald gives them the chance.

3. I think if anyone in the WH gets indicted, they will resign because

things like this have a way of leaking out. Someone in the food chain, probably on the defense side, will say something that will start a firestorm of rumors and they will have to resign.

As long as they are there, with the rumor that they might have been indicted over their heads, blivet** is dead meat. We aren't buying terra terra terra anymore ... no shiny things left to distract us with. War with Syria would cause protests like we have imagined should be happening.
