What's up with all the Fitzgerald pessimism today on the DU??

This is really getting me down guys. Positive energy, positive thoughts, and a healthy heaping of belief in the justice system and the professionalism of the prosecutor would be a breath of fresh air today.

14. Is Raw Story truly reputable. It appears to me that they do an awful

lot of sensationalizing and have not always been on target. Really, who actually knows what Fitzgerald is going to do beside Fitz? I think we all need to take a collective breath and do something constructive and wait for the actual news. I trust Fitzgerald.

18. Consider who the Raw Story source might be

Is it Fitz? No!

Is it Fitz's staff? No!

Is it a grand jury member? Not unless they want to go to jail for contempt, it isn't!

The only sources that remain are lawyers and staffers for people who have talked to the GJ.

Consider this, also. All the rest of the information indicates that Fitz has expanded the scope his investigation throughout his tenure as Spec Pros.

It is in the interest of the WH to minimize this thing. These guys are clever but they are not very smart. They are going to paint a picture where there are few indictments and small scope. But we know that the scope is larger than just Rove/Libby.

We have to keep the faith and wait. We have no reason to believe that this Raw Story report is the entire deal. It may contain facts, but we just don't know for sure. The source could be spinning; the source may be lying.

There may indeed be few indictments, or there may be many. I wouldn't be going to the bank on this RawStory information.

on edit: Don't forget. The GJ could vote on additional indictments this week before Fitz makes his announcements. It ain't yet over.
