3. A Grand Jury is not a trial, so double jeopardy does not apply.
But to seat another grand jury would require the Attorney General to do so, naming a second Special Counsel. I'd say that a snowball stands a better chance in the Sahara at noon.

5. Fitzgerald can convene as many grand juries as he wants
As long as it pertains to the Plame investigation. Remember Fitzgerald has ALL the authority of the Attorney General in this case.
